TruColor
Hmm, 17? I can't think of too many off the top of my head. Not that there aren't any, I'm just struggling to remember them. The only ones I can come up with right now are Billy Kilmer (RUSSELL!!!), Don Meredith, Doug Williams, Quincy Carter (don't ask me why I remember that), Phillip Rivers and Jason Campbell. I'm sure there have been others. As a Cardinals fan, I can't think of #17 without thinking of Jim Hart first.(I'm back after almost a week of no internet access!) BBTV
Eagles Brandon Graham has already changed numbers, from 94 to 54, previously held by Jeremiah Trotter, who I'm assuming now won't be back. Moseph
It will be weird to see the number 60 out there without Samuels, but I don't believe numbers should be retired or not use in most cases.

Buster
Correct, only #33 is OFFICIALLY retired.#81, #28, #21 are just understood not to be worn. #7 and #44 possibly too. Theismann is the ONLY player to ever wear #7. No one has worn #44 since Riggo.
