Probably the NFL teams based on this morning's scuttlebutt. Looks like Michigan is going to have to give Rodriguez a chance to see his program through.

Great, another successful college coach on his way to failure in the NFL. You would think these guys would learn.

Rich Rodriguez officially out at Michigan.

No shock...going 0-3 versus OSU didn't help either.

The fact he went 0-3 with both OSU and Michigan State is enough reason to fire him. Don't give me the crap that he had a empty cupboard coming in. He was a bad fit to begin with and glad we are rid of him. Now sources say that Harbaugh isn't interested in Michigan, and lets hope he is. But if it's not Harbaugh, than who? Patterson, Miles, Hoke?

infrared would do a better job than RichRod. Maybe we could get him to take the job?

Infared would never take the job, his pride would be at stake as an alumnus of The Ohio State University :P. Besides, the trash talk wouldn't be the same with him as head coach

Because denying the truth is healthy.

As for your suggestions: Patterson just saw what you spent the last three years making the previous outsider coach's life a living hell, in no small part because of his outsider status. No thanks.

Miles would be comedy gold, as the fanbase dies of a collective heart attack by his game day coaching and the Michigan administration and media figures out how to steer a course between the Scylla of base hypocrisy and the Charybdis of actively undermining another administration.

The rest of the Conference would love for Michigan to hire Hoke. His only Pro is that he may at one time have spoken to Bo Schembechler. You might as well just give the job to Schembechler's rotting corpse; it would be just as effective.

First off, willmorris, you're a racist idiot.

Now on to replying to Gary... Hell yes I'd take the Michigan job. Forget Ohio State, we're talking at least six figures to coach Michigan right? B)

Why is it that the Orange Bowl looks empty?

Yeah, lots of empty seats last night. The ESPN announcers tried to make an excuse, saying that a lot of VT fans stayed home because this was the Hokies' fourth Orange Bowl appearance since the 1996 season (and the third in four years), and their fans were tired of traveling to Miami. Yeah right.

May God bless you all and fill your hearts with faith, hope, and love!

Why is it that the Orange Bowl looks empty?

It could be because there's nothing going on there today.

Actually, because the stadium no longer exists! ;-)

Which would explain why nothing was going on there I guess. :D
