Milo Meningocele
Miles better, but only by default. It took me a minute to figure out exactly what it all was, with the hammer and all. I'm also tired of seeing lightning in Thunder concepts. Plus, when they rebrand, they cannot go to primarily blue. When they do finally commit to their embodiment/definition of thunder, they need to go brown, with a bison theme.
Lights Out
The logo and overall design is fantastic, but the color scheme is too similar to the '90s Nuggets.I'd love to see it either in the Thunder's current color scheme, or my dream color scheme for the Thunder - light gray, anthracite, and "volt." Berlin Wall
Wow thats awsome. Would be such a huge upgrade. And I love the colours. I'm a simple person, I have a pixelated David Beckham as profile photo since 2010.
JackFr
That logo is incomprehensible. It barely looks like anything. My NHL Rebrand BlogCheck it out and comment.

Xodius
I like the script and the jerseys, but the logo is overdone. I like the fact that he tried to incorporate a bunch of symbols within the logo, but it doesn't transfer over to a good logo.

tvko
It's pretty good and would be an upgrade, but the uniforms look too much like Seattle. You know what they say, "Traditionalist's can go die in a hole if they don't like it."
JayJaxon
It's pretty cool but there is too much going on in the main logo and for a sports team that's not good. Â Â

dgnmrwrw
It's really not there in terms of refinement. The conceptual beginnings are fine, but it needs a lot of work, especially the hammer, which is WAY too clunky. Also, it's VERY, um, "derivative" of Ian Baker's London Glory concept: HURRICANES | PANTHERS | WHITE SOX | WOLFPACK
DelayedPenalty
Also, it's VERY, um, "derivative" of Ian Baker's London Glory concept:I think that's a bit of a stretch...There are similarities, yes, but not enough to cry foul.
kpbl_design
Interesting work... ambitious and inspired, but not totally there from an execution standpoint. It doesn't seem like the idea was totally fleshed out to me... I would actually like to see the sketch and thumbnail phase, if there was one. Somebody must've seen Thor recently. illwauk
The logo and overall design is fantastic, but the color scheme is too similar to the '90s Nuggets.I don't see why that'd be a problem since that was an awesome scheme and the Nuggets don't use anything like that nowadays. Lights Out
I love that color scheme.... for the Nuggets. For the Thunder, it just doesn't fit. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/
walkerws
On the jerseys, I think the chest stripe should match the shorts and jersey arm stripes. Its a solid start but I also would match the number font to the jersey script. The logo almost has too many elements in it but it is still serviceable and I like the close to actual representation of the Norse hammer. I think that's why most people are missing that and its also going to differentiate the work.
