Don
Jon Walters had the worst day ever. 2 own goals and a missed penalty. Oof. marble21
Jon Walters had the worst day ever. 2 own goals and a missed penalty. Oof.I put him on my bench in fantasy football. No idea why, just had a gut feeling. Swapped him for Wayne Routledge. Turned out to work well for me.(in a general footballing sense though he was probably one of Stoke's better players in terms of contribution to general play and work rate, just had a nightmare in the mentioned incidents.) marble21
Pep Guardiola signed with Bayern Munich for next season! I am really not surprised he didn't end up in the Premier League - namely Chelsea. With the way Roman Abramovich simply discards managers even when they are successful, it is a wise choice to just stay clear. It does potentially open the door for Mourinho in the Summer to Chelsea, who must be the favourite to take the job now, espcially given his low popularity with the current Real Madrid fans. The choice of Bayern Munich is also wise in that he gets to join a great club under less pressure, with the possible chance to win some serious silverware for a few years, biding his time until Sir Alex Ferguson steps down at Man United. Could look very bad decision by the end of the season. That being said, the new guy, despite his lack of English, seems a decent guy, and I've seen plenty of Spanish soccer experts talk him up, so who knows. It's worth noting that Paul Lambert left Norwich at the end of last season and they have gone on to do ok without him, whilst Villa have struggled, so who knows! 2011/12 WFL Champions

Same thing with Swansea after the departure of Rodgers, etc.Yeah, my main issue is the timing here, but I guess if the club wanted a talented young European coach, for whatever reason, then there would be no guarantee Pochettino would be available by then? I have a feeling that the reason for the Adkins canning might be that he wasn't a big enough pull for talented players. Kramerica Industries
Tottenham procured four points in their two matches against United this season. That's pretty good. And not a good weekend for United, to see their lead sliced by two points.

marble21
Late draws make you feel like you've won the league.I think that given the amount of times Spurs have conceded goals (and therefore points) in the last 10 minutes of games this year, to finally have the tables turn is a great relief. I don't think that anyone can argue that in this game we did deserve to equalise... even if it was in Fergie time. -kj
The logical thing, of course, would be to let the officials handle it. I'm not saying I'd do the logical thing in that situation, mind.
