Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

This was posted over on HFBoards and the general sentiment was "what's the big deal?"

*facepalm*

This forum has spoiled me. I can't read the average fans opinion on things like these anymore. They still have people that adamantly defend buying fake jerseys over there.

Yup. Changed the header to this:

The trident is still everywhere on the site. The also have this little gem:

Note the Albany Devils and AHL logos on the puck.

I think both teams would benefit if they used other names: Dayton Demons and Albany Hellions
