I don't disagree with it being a dirty hit, but I find it hard to believe the call was delayed because the ref was too busy clapping his cheeks, going "oh, heavens me! I simply can't believe he would do such a thing! I...I...simply don't know what to DO. I am numb, emotionally. Two minutes...for...five minutes for...why is this the world we live in?" Bill Patrick is a knob.
