Gobbi
Well I might as well start this one off... I found a Koho Avalanche 3rd jersey in near mint condition at Value Village today for $15. It's normally a jersey I'm not really a fan of but sometimes, in cases such as this, I find a jersey to look much better in real life. Unfortunately it wasn't my size though. LukeHunter19
I got a Pro Player Dallas Stars "Star" white jersey for $6 at Goodwill.
C-Squared
I was sick browsing eBay last week - a thrifter found a game-worn Jason Sehorn jersey (!!!) and dropped it for $99 - would have looked great next to my Rob Johnson gamer! Anyways, here is my 2017 so far! Kids XL Jeter JSY: I think an NCAA softball gamer? Boys large Strahan: Bills Salute to Service Medium T-Shirt: 2XL Reebok Spartans Windbreaker: Boys XL LeBron JSY: ...and the interesting one! This appears to be a practice or game-worn shirt with a label inside that suggests long-snapper Garrison Sanborn, pretty cool for $3! C-Squared
One (or actually two) I forgot - I actually found two of this same jersey together (an extra small and a medium)... both are very stretchy with a soft embroidered crest... a quirky quazi-fashion jersey, pretty cool! Walter Sobchak
I bought a trash can today just because it had this logo on it.
miller91
I've always wanted to post in one of these threads, but I've never been able to find anything good at thrift stores, until today! Super random find given I live in Southern Ontario and was shopping at a used Children/Baby Clothes store. But, none the less, I found a Pittsburgh Pirates jersey with the tag still on it for $16! I'm a Jays fan but I couldn't pass this one up - my size too!
johnnysama
^ That style Pirates jersey is the one my Brandon Inge find from last year was.
sportsed
My top finds this year so far. All between $2-$5 at thrifts except for the Ohio State (most likely) game used hockey jersey I got off LetGo for $60 (sold it for $300 this week). The Hawks jersey is a mesh St. Joseph's jersey. Saints hat is a Logo Athletic original sharktooth model.
Brass
Not really a "jersey" find, but stumbled upon thousands of hockey cards on the cheap. Nothing huge, just commons and inserts from different eras. If anybody wants some, PM me. I could throw together lots of 100-200 of them for cheap and ship them out. FiddySicks
I found a BUNCH of older style NHL jerseys for cheap a few weeks ago, and know a place that makes numbers to spec. Ordered a few sets from the guy, and they look AWESOME. It takes a bit of work to heat press them to the jerseys (I did this professionally for awhile so I know a few tricks, too), and I still need to find a place to stitch them up, but so far they look amazing. I've done a few jerseys before, but these are easily the best ones. I slapped a 96 Stanley Cup patch on the front of the Avalanche one and basically got one of my jersey "unicorns" for less than $30. C-Squared
I scored an authentic Michael Vick Reebok Falcons jersey Wednesday for $15 and checked eBay for completed listings... missed an actual signed, game-worn Vick Falcons jersey for just $99! Goes to show how important categories and titles are on eBay! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Falcons-Michael-Vick-Game-Authentic-Reebok-Football-Jersey-Signed-Autographed-/201732701564?hash=item2ef834bd7c%3Ag%3ApCIAAOSwj85YOk0J&nma=true&si=DDXnMeOZCAcUFN7nCpW9Uejjfgw%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 My TeePublic Shop My Instagram Art Page
tigerslionspistonshabs
Went into an old antique/collectibles store on Sunday, just because I'm a sucker for that sort of stuff. They had dozens of pennants hanging from the ceiling, mostly 80's style fonts and logos. Then, the guy pulls out a pile from behind the counter. I managed to snag a Houston Oilers, Atlanta Falcons (red helmet), Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Hawks (original Pac-man). $5 a pop. I would've grabbed waaay more but they only took cash and I only had 20 on me at the time. Needless to say I'll probably drop one day this week with more cash. They had some gold. Tampa Bay Bucs' Bucco Bruce, Phoenix Cardinals, original L.A. Rams, California Angels just to name a few.

Is this a place on the internet or in Sacto? Been trying to find accurate name & number sets for a couple of older Bruins jerseys I have. tigerslionspistonshabs
I've got a Lions one as well. From what I could see, they also had the Chiefs and Jets which I'll probably snag next time.

All your name plates have the players name on it without individual letters? Everything I've ever seen in team shops have each letter individually sewn on Also not sure if there is one in your area but Johnny Mac's has equipment that can make professional style sewing that will look like you bought it right from the official team store. They come as heat press letters arranged under a clear film, and underneath that is a nameplate you can either use or detach. I think they do that in case the nameplate they provide doesn't match the jersey material, but I haven't really run into that issue yet. I've also ordered several baseball kits and those usually don't come with nameplates. I have a few more I've gotten from them. I'll post those here in a bit. EDIT: These are the hockey jerseys I've done using these kits. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) FiddySicks
I've also done a few baseball jerseys, too. I've picked up a TON of blank jerseys on discount over the years from working for sports apparel companies and just shopping around in general, and these kits have basically given me the ability to have a pretty huge collection of custom player jerseys at about 1/4 the cost or less than if I were to go out and purchase each one form the store. Sometimes these kits aren't perfect, such as on the Ichiro 2007 All Star Game jersey where the name should be black, and that A's BP Swisher jersey (That was inaccurate regardless), but they're usually spot on or damn close. I've got a few more on the way I'll be doing, and the whole order cost me less than a single jersey.
