Looney's hit on AD was way over blown. You've been a whiny little :censored: since the day you started on this forum. Go jack off to your LeBron poster.

It's not too late to not be like this.

We're gonna get a Heat/Lakers bubble rematch at this rate

I just assumed it was either that or a Celtics/Lakers matchup from the get-go.  Or 76ers/Lakers.  If 76ers get eliminated, though, then that means all 3 players from the Nets' former Big-3 would be done with their season.

2021 - Suns lose to Bucks who had Giannis (Greek)

2022 - Suns lose to Mavs who had Doncić (Slovene with Serbian heritage)

2023 - Suns lose to Nuggets who have Jokić (Serbian)

Suns weakness are big men from the Balkans.

They haven't played the Trailblazers and Nurkic yet, so we don't know how they would do against him.

I can’t believe what this Heat team has accomplished especially without Herro and Oladipo.

Everything since going up on the Bucks has been icing on the cake. This is just a perfect Heat culture team that never quits.

If we make/win the Finals, I’ll be overjoyed obviously, but this playoff run has more than satisfied me with this team.

You have absolutely no room to talk 😂

I do hope you’re happy that your personal tormentor is finally out of the playoffs, though.

That being said, ah well. Been a great run and they had to run out of gas eventually. There are so many miles on the core three, and Draymond has nearly completely lost his mind. I hope they can retool, but this is probably where this big run comes to an end. The supporting cast was legit terrible for the Warriors this year and the starters just can’t make up the difference any longer. I’m interested to see where the Warriors go from here, and am mostly just so appreciative of all that’s come of this. Eight years that completely changed the trajectory of basketball in the Bay Area. This has been very fun.

I can’t possibly see the Lakers getting past the Nuggets, but who knows. As long as we don’t get another Lakers Celtics final, I’ll be good.

Show me the time I told someone to jerk off on a poster.  Just because I don't like a person's team doesn't mean I don't like the person (unless we're talking Boston; that's an edge case).

Lakers 18-6 over their last 24. That's not bad. If AD stays healthy I think Lakers win it all.

The Lakers will probably beat the Nuggets too. I don't trust this-year-it's-different teams like Denver until they actually break through. They're the new Portland/CP3 Clippers/Webber-era Kings/what have you until they have officially proven otherwise. Beating up on the Phoenix Chokebillies isn't that. Beat the team that's won before and has the mojo going again.

How do you have this little self awareness? You hate the Warriors to legit weird levels and tell us just about every time you post in here. How do you expect to be above reproach on this? Like, I really don’t understand it. It’s like Fox politics levels of bad, and I wonder if you even notice.

Anywhoo, pretty crazy to see the Heat AND Panthers both move to the conference finals as 8 seeds. Gotta be a fun time to be a Miami sports fan right now.

Lakers v. Warriors is going to be a ton of fun. I'm biased obviously, but I do think the Lakers match up pretty well with Golden State. They played each other 3 times after the trade, with the Lakers winning all 3 (although none of the 3 games had both LeBron and Curry playing in the same game). Lakers have a clear advantage in the paint, as Golden State really doesn't have anyone to match up with against AD, offensively and defensively. AD has to be aggressive for the Lakers to win the series. If the Lakers can limit the perimeter scoring/playmaking of Curry, Klay and Wiggins, or at least make it difficult, they have a good chance at winning this.

Denver is still going to the Finals though.

As I suspected, the Lakers matched up really well with Golden State. They really had no answer for the Lakers size, athleticism, defense and most importantly, simply no answer for AD. Crucially for the Lakers, they're having key, but different, role players step up in different games when LA really needs it. That's something that carries over throughout the postseason and it's something all championship caliber teams have.

I still think Denver wins this next series, but the Lakers are more than capable of pulling off the upset. They have the players and the roster capable of beating the Nuggets. These two teams split the season series, with each team winning at home, however they haven't played each other since the trade.

Still remarkable that the Lakers were 2-10 at one point, looking like one the worst teams in the league but now they're in the Western Conference Finals and only 4 wins away from the Finals.

EDIT: I was curious about the Lakers record in the WCF's because I can't remember the last time they lost in the WCF. Turns out it was 1998 against the Jazz. I was 6 so that's why I don't remember. The Lakers have won 8 straight conference finals. In fact, dating back to 1980, the Lakers are 17-2 in the conference finals (they're 19-4 overall).

One more interesting stat too, Lakers-Nuggets is now tied for the most common match-up in the conference finals (with Lakers-Spurs and Celtics-76ers).

I talk about a basketball team I don't like in the context of a basketball thread. How is that the same as telling someone to jerk off on a poster?

The Warriors from 2015 to 2022 take up as much oxygen as the Patriots and Tom Brady from 2001 to 2022, or Alabama in modern NCAA Football.

I'm sorry I don't like your favorite sports team, but it's one thing to point out why you don't like a team -- however excessively -- and another to tell another poster, unprovoked, to jerk off on a poster. Those are two different things.

Maybe climb down off of that high horse occasionally and quit being such a scold. Just a suggestion!

So this angle where posters are telling posters to make love to... well, posters, got me to do some googling and it turns out EDP445 is actually alive (and not in prison).  In fact, he's releasing videos on his own platform, and for a limited time, you can book an hour Facetime with him for 33.33% off!
