Gary
Well, I'd change the current Richmond AHL team (Riverdogs) to either:Richmond Renegades (the old UHL team name)or Richmond Rebels (my fantasy football team)And don't forget the Champaign Bubbles! I always liked the Riverdogs, but with Roanoke coming in, I would seriously name them the Roanoke Renegades. Sounds kinda cool

jeh-see
Well, I'd change the current Richmond AHL team (Riverdogs) to either:Richmond Renegades (the old UHL team name)or Richmond Rebels (my fantasy football team)And don't forget the Champaign Bubbles! i do believe the Renegades were a member of the original ECHL, not the UHL, unless thats where they landed after the ECHL changed to whatever it is now. But being from Virginia Beach, the Renegades were fierce rivals of the old Hampton Roads Admirals (now the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL), my home team. Called it the I-64 Rivalry. Just passing that on to ya.~UJ

Needschat
From the area that has brought to the sports nickname lexicon the Albany River Rats and the Adirondack Frostbite, I bring you....Electric City Steamwrights...Schenectady, NY, once the home of both American Locomotive (ALCO) and the world headquarters of General Electric - Sch'dy is the place where GE was born - had been called 'The city the lights and hauls the world." Steamwright would have been perfect...for the steam engine locomotives from ALCO, and the steam turbines from GE..but alas...such is folly from the imagination of an idle mind Oh what could have been....
