MisterE
Jack Sikma and Doug Collins went to college here, both first round picks. Trent Green was born and lived in Carlock, Pop.1000 until he was 6. Always mentions the town he moved to afterwards, as his hometown. Get Ron Santo in the Hall of Fame. Shumway
Former WWF/E wrestler Steve Blackman(my dad works with his brother, actually), Michigan QB Chad Henne(Reading), Eagles/former Michigan State QB Jeff Smoker(Lancaster...my brother hit a triple off him in baseball), Chiefs/Former Pitt TE Kris Wilson(Lancaster), Temple Basketball Player Dustin Salisbery(actually went to middle school with him, but he transferred for HS). Nobody actually from my high school though. There's a kid in the Royals' minor league system though, and another with the Braves, I believe. nym1231
Two Jets QB's (Jay Fiedler and Vinny Testaverde) grew up within about twenty minutes from me. So did legendary Knicks coach Red Holzman. Although born in Georgia, running back Jim Brown grew up right near me as well. Julis "Dr. J" Irving grew up fifteen minutes away. If I wanted to include Brooklyn, I could add another 100 names.
