Seahawks helmet

Doesn't it already?

not really, there is a gap in the back of the helmet near the center

I believe the gap is there just because of the construction of the helmet more than the artistic design of the helmet.

I saw, I came, I left.

It's a logo, not a photo-accurate representation of a bird. Birds are not striped like that.

Not to mention there's no such thing as a "Seahawk."

I gotta vote "no" on the wraparound logo. I like it the way it is.

you are correct, but osprey are also sometimes called seahawks

..wouldnt it look cool if the logo could wrap around the back (and over the shell seam) and back the other side? One continous stripe?

I was thinking the same thing the other day...

The only wrap-around I can ever recall was the USFL Jacksonville Bulls of 1984-85, and I suspect even that might not have been a true wrap-around.

Best picture I could find. It shows a true wraparound, with the word "Bulls" in silver within the logo. See No. 53.

We all forgot the other obvious one -- the Boston/New Orleans/Portland Breakers. No doubt about this one.
