Steelers vs Broncos

34-17 with 3:00 to go ... I think Pittsburgh can book those flights now.

Good for them, though. Probably should've happened last year. One last hurrah for Bettis.

Even though I don't like the Steelers, I gotta tip the hat to em. They went on the road all 3 playoff games and won every single won. So congrats to them, if the Panthers make it then I'm a Steeler fan for a day :P

I also very much dislike Pittsburgh, but you gotta respect Cowher and the Steelers for their play on the road over the last three games, especially against the stacked AFC. I'm not sure how the oddsmakers will have the Super Bowl, but I've got Pittsburgh as favorites to win. They're no Cinderella. They're for real.

If Seattle wins today, theyll be favored because they have more wins. The "Home" teams will always be favored. I think that Pittsburgh should opt to wear the white jerseys in the Super Bowl. They havent had much luck capatolizing in black lately, plus, i wanna see the Birds 9if they win) in the Seattle Monochromes :P

Carolina wore white throughout their run two years ago and you saw how the Super Bowl ended up for them.

The 17th best team in the league will not be favored over the Steelers, and neither will the Panthers.

Note: To me, Seattle is the 17th best team in the league because they are the best in the NFC.

So let me get this straight...In your eyes, the Texans are better than the Steelers :therock::shocked::wacko:

Yeah, they almost beat a team that was picked to kill them. If not for a bad kickoff, that game may have turned out a bit different.

Well Steelers, you now have my RESPECT. I didn't think there was any way in hell you'd win 3 road games to go to the super bowl. So I tip my hat to you. My only hope is that whoever comes out of the NFC (Seattle) beats the hell out of you in Detriot. But I've got this bad feeling Pittsburgh going to win it all. :puke:

I just realized something, the Super Bowl patch is always on the left side of the jersey. What are the Steelers gonna do? I think they should do what U of Michgan always does and make massive shoulder screens

Ugh... Domonique Foxworth. Ugh. Roc Alexander flashbacks, right there. This is a guy who held his own against the likes of Jimmy Smith and Randy Moss... but Cedric Wilson burns him time after time? Ugh.

To tell you the truth, I don't think Foxworth was a fault, it was the constant zone coverage. Larry Coyer has got to go.

Well, they now have a year to improve and build on an outstanding team as is. They need a speed rusher at DE and I believe they'll get that with the 22nd pick in Mathias Kiwanuka.

They also need to find a solid 3rd WR, which hopefully Adams can be, if not maybe Watts will come into his own finally.

Young team, improving Plummer with playoff experience now. There's always next year and it looks promising.

That's exactly what they said about the Jets last year and you all saw how that turned out. :(

Yea, well let's hope that several of Denver's players don't get injured either in the pre-season or early in the regular season.

And let's hope that the Jets, Bills or Dolphins can keep the Pats down.

The Jets have done their part in a way by plucking Mangini from Belichick's staff.

WOW. That was unbelievable. As a Steeler fan, the last three weeks have been amazing...I hope we can sink the putt in Detriot. They didn't just squeak by and leave a lot of room for naysayers and "they barely pulled this off"...they took it to the road three times in a row for their 7th win in a row. 6th-ranked team in the AFC playoffs, huh?

ONE

FOR

THE

THUMB

(and for those of you splitting hairs, the "One for the thumb" DOES apply for the Rooney family)
