To me, this does everything an alternate is not supposed to do: introduce a logo which is completely unrelated to any other logo or idea the team currently uses; introduce a completely new (and unnecessary) colour; look ugly.The fact that the Taurus constellation is nothing like this; the fact that the colour red has ZERO place in the stars already full colour scheme (white-green-gold-black), the fact that I don't get why there's a star randomly flying in from the right... oh, did I mention I hate it. I don't have a problem with the last of the black/gold/red Canucks, nor anything bad to say about the Wild, but a love child between the two is a pretty rotten thing to look at.
