CubsFanBudMan Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 I'd guess a recolored logo (if they change). The NBA seems to prefer consistency, at least for a few years, when teams change colors. The Nuggets, Jazz and Pistons all used recolored versions during recent switches. (Of course, the Grizzlies and Cavs made full changes, so who knows.) Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." I am REALLY getting tired of just going back to an older look...come up with a new identity that incorporates some history along with newer, modern elements.This isn't 1970, nor should it look like 1970 either. I like the idea for the color scheme, though I don't like the uniform as much as I did when I designed it.edit: BTW, the gradients are supposed to represent the bronze being metallic. ClutchIsEverything Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 The throwback Bucks looks, I'm just not a big fan of. I don't mind the colors, but the look just doesn't do it for me. I actually don't mind the current look, I like the purple and green. I agree though the logo could use some updating. I'd like to see a pretty major overhaul for the Bucks if they are going to do anything though.
