He would have to get special permission from them to use the number. The only regulation that NASCAR had over the number was when they put the moratorium on the #3 for the remainder of the 2001 season.On a side note, I've got to get the model version of that car. I was a huge Dale Sr. fan, but also like Dale Jr. too. However, Harvick is still my favorite driver. It was so good seeing him beat Biffle for the win last week. I guess since it is Jr. its all good. Thought, it still looks odd to me.I'm feeling a top 5 for Jr. If the sports is as orchestrated as some say, there is no way they let this paint scheme, in its first return to the track, have engine problems and finish 38th NCFA Sunset Beach Tech - Octopi Β ΞΞΞ!
