I remember seeing them play Mississippi State at night on ESPN2 and the uniforms almost blinded me. Too much all at once. The jerseys are o.k. but with the pants it's just plain wrong. The Oscars even celebrated the word with a best song award despite being on a politically correct kick that saw them award the worst movie of all time with best picture. (perhaps there was political motivation but I digress)It's not ok however to use a term that isn't even offensive to gay people. "Queers" may have been used in bad taste or more accurately it was just a stupid immature joke, but it was hardly offensive. Being Queer isn't supposed to be a negative thing. Being a pimp should be.
