dissimilis
As a big Man City fan, I really like the new kit compared the most recent one we have been wearing.I like getting rid of the navy and white sleeves, only thing I dont care for is the adding of the .com to Thomas Cook, but oh well, still an improvement IMO. Gothamite
I would tend to agree - even though I don't much care for th e pinstripes, I like removing all the white and blue details from the previous shirt. leedsunited
So far, Man City has been the only new kit I like totally. Even with that Le Coq Sportif logo hanging out on the shoulder for no apparent reason.I'm just chuffed to bits they didn't use some asymmetrical neck trim or something ridiculous like that. gordie_delini
Hey, does anyone know where we can find the source file for that new number application guide? I am DYING to get my hands on a high res image of the new premier league font, if not vectors, if not the typeface itself. Any help? Anyone?BTW, I traced the lion portion of the new logo, if anyone is interested:

Gothamite
Interesting. Where'd you get your image? It's different than the one the Premier League has on its website. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

Krona
I dunno what this is, but I found it on google images:perfect. i was thinking that they should drop the badge on the shirts while watching the game. i'd say thats the template ac milan was wearing. MJWalker45
I think that shirt was being touted as their new kit last year. I think it looks better than what they have, but I'd have covered the white piping on the sides of the front
budbowl77
I didn't read the whole thread so this may have been posted already but It looks as if Tottenham's home kit will remain in part the same.
jr79
aren't they getting new sponsors next year too?3 more years with Carlsberg announced yesterday. That takes the club up to the opening of the new stadium when they will seek a deal like the one Arsenal got for shirt and stadium naming rights. That picture is a very old fake btw. Gothamite
Yeah, it's a fan mockup from a few years ago. The crest is the giveaway - there is a segment of their supporters who want to drop the overly-complicated crest and go back to just the Liverbird on the shirts. gordie_delini
i agree with that segment - the reds would look so much classier with just the liverbird as the crest - the way tottenham went back to just the bird on the ball - it just looks so much better.
