McFarlane usually gets it right, and would obviously have access to the new style guides.I'd heard a rumor they were going to use the 90's wordmark for the alternate (on the same template), and so I'm a little disappointed. It's a complete 180 turn from the traditional look they've had for decades, but maybe the look really did need a change. TFoA Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 Of course, the authentic version will (hopefully) have much more detail than this...but they've basically turned the blue alt into their red primary road uniform, and have a new number font. Perhaps a better logo would have been nice, but I've always thought their uniforms were solid. Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." It seems almost every court is doing that now. Oh well.Teams have been doing that for years and years because it's aesthetically pleasing to set them off from the rest of the lane like that. It's not a fad. Hmmm... anyways as a Clippers fan, I really like these, and I hope they are real 13-3. 1st place in NFC West. 1 fumble away from Super Bowl 46.. 40-26. Lost in Conference Semifinals34-36-12 80 Points. Painfully watching the rivals win the Cup. 28-26. 3 GB of AL East lead. Starting to turn around the season.
