Belleville has used it on and off for almost two decades, it will be around in some form or another for sure.There are several teams that I suspect will be bringing out alternates this year, but haven't said anything, particularly teams that had succesful ones in the past, like The Cataraces, Knights (I really want the green jerseys back), Otters, Thunderbirds, and Rockets. That grey one with the face has got to go...Looking forward to seeing the new ones from Halifax, Cape Breton & PEI!I didn't like the Wildcats one at first, but I'm warming up to it. I just wish the team had posted better pictures, it's impossible to tell what templte that is, or pull a good image of the lettering on the front.I wouldn't be surprised in the Winterhawks came out with a black alternate, it would be easy to do for them with minimal chance of alienating the crowd.I would LOVE it if Lewiston brought back the grey face alternates. As ugly as they were, they were one of the most unique looks in hockey. They could just use a black version of the red and white jerseys they already have. They could bring back the skyline jersey they had before the Edge jerseys came in (this clearly seems possible as Everett kept their evergreen trees around most of their hem.) I'll be looking for those, and supposedly, the Fronts will be unvieling theirs today as well.The OHL has said they will NOT be running the All-Star Classic this season. They cited the Top Prospects Game and Super Series against Russia as being too busy for the young players, and having too many opportunities for injury outside of their member team's season. Also, the 3 events mostly use the same players for each event, so those top players burn-out pretty quickly. As it stands, Kingston's All-Star game will be the last for a long time.
