(not to mention the Big East was very good in non-conference early in the season).

Didn't Pitt lose to Tennessee of all teams?

To carry on the theme of RyanMcD's avatar.... It's Doc Gerbil's World! It's Doc Gerbil's World! (It's a damn earworm, I tell ya!)

But, yeah. I think the fact that the Big East's total failure in the tourny has been proven and now that point is nothing more then a dead horse. Please stop beating the dead horse, because it's dead.

Anyway, NIT semis are set: Wichita State vs. Washington State and Alabama vs. Colorado (The 2nd game would of been a far better First Four matchup then UAB vs. Clemson)

That break was mind-numbingly boring. Can't wait for everything to start back up tonight!

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

Let's get real now, fellas.... Duke is going to CRUSH Arizona.

'Zona barely got by 12-seed Memphis, then followed it up by taking advantage of a braindead Texas squad in the final moments. They've got ZERO shot against the defending champs.

If they do, so be it, but if we win, I will shove this right back in your face. Just warning you ahead of time.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I'm not picking Arizona to win, but Duke isn't unbeatable. Arizona has a solid team and Duke just scraped by against a Michigan team that isn't really that good.

The way I see it, I won't be shocked if we lose, but I won't be shocked if we win either. Both teams are more than capable of winning this one.

Michigan isn't a bad team either, they beat a good Tennessee team by 30 and had a pretty good season. I wouldn't put it by Arizona to beat Duke, but I think Duke is just too overpowering to let Arizona beat them.

So you're saying Duke-AZ is a virtual coin-flip?....

Give it a rest. Your starting to sound like Lights Out now. :P

Exactly, what happens when your boy D Williams is left out of the paint and only scores 10 points? Who else is there really to pick up the pace. If Williams is useless so will the Wildcats

Evidently you've missed the games this year where DWill was close to a non-factor. The rest of the team can and will step up if necessary.

Williams was 0-6 from the field in the first half against Texas and yet we were up 11 at the half. We are not a one-man team.
