Where do MLB teams keep there trophies?

Do they make a new Giles trophy every year or is it like the Stanley Cup? I've never seen it displayed at Shea/Citi. I know Wikipedia says that there's only one, but it's Wikipedia.

The 2009 trophy wasn't there because it had been rented out for a banquet for the city of New York or something like that. Who knew you could rent World Series trophies?

I've always wondered why there's something that says County of Los Angeles by the Angels trophy, I think it's the seal or something but WHY?

the worst helmets design to me is the Jacksonville jaguars hamlets from 1995 to 2012 because you can't see the logo vary wall

I'm pretty sure the Braves have theirs in the Braves HOF.I think I saw them peeking throught the window at a game.

That's exactly where it's at: Smackdab in the middle of the museum.

Pretty cool topic, other than the title.

Braves have a great museum. The railcar, the chronological lockers, and the trophy case are just badass.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

Ya, I got to go there on a tour in November. The most interesting uniform on display was the shiny 1940's zipper one. I do agree that it is very well set up and presents the Braves' history very well.

I just saw the Giants 2010 trophy (again) at AT&T Park yesterday. It's up in the club section along with a bunch of other memorabilia such as the key to the city, a bunch of old bases from certain memorable moments, and the stuff they got from their visit to the White House.

Interesting. That's definitely the LA County Seal.

I think you might be right - perhaps the county honored them in some way.

Just a guess, but maybe they proclaimed it "Anaheim Angels Day" in LA County after they won even though they play in Orange County?

Well that and the Angels were founded in LA county so it would track that they'd celebrate a team that was, is and always has been identified with their city/county.

Wow that's pretty cool. But I think that's fairly new. It wasn't there in the summer of 2010 when I was there last. That museum is beautiful though. Truly something to behold, Yankees fan or not.

They have added and changed things around a few times since the opening of the stadium.
