The two are not mutually exclusive. The entirety of the Montreal police force would not be working round the clock on this one case. You guys and your hyperbole.Having said all that, what a bunch of idiots. If the victim doesn't want to press charges, why bother? There's no greater good here to keep pursuing this case absent the victim. All it does is bring negative attention to your police force and, by association, the city and the residents.
