If he didn't know he was being recorded, we should also be questioning the ethics of this girlfriend, who did something illegal. Besides the fact she's a gold-digger and supports this racist with sexual favors and buying into his money tricks, she recorded somebody without their permission--definitely not the hero some people are portraying her to be. The only way they can fix this is to encourage Sterling to sell the team, his wife could make a play too and try to take the team in a divorce situation.
