The whole helmet is an egg, with effects that make it looked cracked, and a baby cardinal is being born from it. Two, actually - one on each side. I wonder if the helmet finish is textured...not like an egg, but like Ohio State's cannonball-looking helmet from a few years back? Cue up the "Eggheads" jokes. That would be an interesting direction, also, given Pat Tillman's relevance to the franchise. It's a foregone conclusion that they'll have combos, but you can also bet your ass there will be an alt uniform; will they go with a Throwback, namely the Pat Tillman era, or really lean into it and go military? WBeltz Posted April 13, 2023 Share Posted April 13, 2023 If they are going to go Desert Camo/Pat Tilman, I wouldn't mind seeing them putting a spin on the ASU Tilman uniforms from a while back. I think they would look nice regardless. Though if maroon, orange, and gray are the colors...they may go with dark gray helmets like ASU did some years ago (when they tried gray and copper) Smart is believing half of what you hear.
