tucogovinda@mac.com
In the 4.21.05 Detroit Free Press, it was mentioned that the 2005 MLB All-Star jerseys were displayed during a press conference yesterday. On the Free Press sports home page, there is a tiny picture of the AL jerseys from the back (blue with white stripes ala last year's All-Star jersey). http://www.freep.com/sports/index.htmThe article mentions the NL jersey will be orange with blue stripes.Anybody have better a better picture than what I found? Discrim
I see the Mets BP style's the new BP flavor of the year. not bad though, except the American script looks like it says "American7" A strong mind gets high off success, a weak mind gets high off bull
philly97flyer
Those arent anything like the mets. They look like a simpler verison of last years all star jerseys.
officeglenn
Yeah, those aren't too shabby at all. With orange in the colour scheme, it could have been a lot worse.
Chazberg
That is truely amazing, I was working on a concept almost identical a few months ago, with the 50's car-like font. Those look great. Can't wait to get my Konerko..... charles-noerenberg.com
-kj
They shoulda reversed the direction on those lines for the American--coming out of the top of the A, and the bottom of the N instead.Otherwise, those look cool. That burnt orange colour is hot. Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop! Actually, I thought the clown in Detroit is Mitch Albom? The jerseys not that bad. At least the wordmarks are horizontal I saw, I came, I left. schtee
Has anyone seen the All-Star Game logo? It's awesome, written in the Detroit "Old-English" Font. They should have had jerseys modeled on the Tigers' home uniform, an Old-English A on the left breast for the A.L. and an old-english N for the N.L. @aghease

Who cares about him? Show a picture of the jerseys.
deliver2david
I posted this over at a Tigers message board and will post it here as well. It's nothing special, but this would have been the perfect home jersey in my opinion:
