Colts Steelers

Figures the kicker-hating dicks come out now.

Anyways, almost got a little scared there when Bettis fumbled it. Rothlisberger shaved the game, made the tackle. Of course it was a kick Vanderjagt should have made, but why is it his fault? Its no more his fault then it is Peyton's or James for not rushing more.

Great, let the kicker-hating begin.

None of you can do it, so don't even start. Kicking a 40-yard field goal is a damn difficult thing to do.

Just shut the  :censored: up.

If you're a pro kicker in the NFL making the big bucks, they should be made.

Now if it were you or I kicking 40 yarders, that'd be a different story.

Yes, but kicking isn't a matter of inches. It's a matter of millimeters. A hold slightly off? A bad spot? Something on your cleat? Kicking just a few millimeters off? All can make a difference from a perfect field goal to the atrocity that came off Vanderjagt's foot.

When your team has a good kicker, you sure don't bitch about hating kickers.

well ofcourse not- then they are all right....that is the nature of the game.

After today, if the Steelers play more like the Plastics and lose to Denver, theyll fall even further into my :censored: list.

You can count on the Bill Cowher led Steelers to blow another AFC title game again and again until Cowher gets fired or eventually dies.

As for Vanderjagt that was just karma, that interception should have not been overtuned.

Damn, the Colts must hate Carson Daly right now.

"My Name Is Earl" reference??

Anyway yes...Colts were ill-prepared and choked it away.I agree it was a total team and coaching effort, not just Manning,Dungy,or Vanderjagt that lost this game. Also credit the Steelers for shaking up the game plan and coming right out on fire.

I also agree that this one will be seen on NFL films for many years to come in some form or another.

I must say, either the Steelers are a great team, or the Colts must be cursed, or both.

maybe they should've stayed in Baltimore?

Anyways Hell of a game. that INT call was complete bullplop but thankfully the Steelers were able to hold on to that. Not to mention just a little bit of luck on their part. Wow Vanderjact really muffed that up for them. Poor Colts have to spend another year watching someone else more deserving win the Super Bowl

Why in the world do yoiu ever leave a game up to a bitch ass fu*kin kicker? God i hate kickers.

:cursing::cursing::cursing:

Patriots don't seem to mind leaving a game up to a kicker...

Vanderjagt is the most overrated kicker of all time...he might be the most accurate, but I've seen three games now (one was the Pro Bowl, take it for what you will) where he has missed a game-winning or game-tying kick. This game, also the MNF game in 2004 against the Pats, and that aforementioned Pro Bowl game at the end of the 2003 season .

But...this one is on the road....would that matter? lol!

Cower lost 4 of 5 AFC title games at home but maybe the luck changes on the road?Hope so but doubt it.

Do you beleive in miracles!? :boogie:

No

Bill Cowher will outchoke Jake the Snakebit Plummer. (Although the Jesus/Mountain man look seems to be working for Plummer this year.)

And once agin thank you Broncos thank you I could not take another Patriots Super Bowl and if the Pats won yesterday they would have won easily. It would have been hard to watch the game if they were in it.

He's also 0-1 on the road (1996). There's no way around it. Cowher can't win when it really matters.

Did you see Roethlisberger's mountain man look? Fugly.

Put Plummer, Orton, and Roethlisberger together in the same room...yikes. Mirrors wouldn't stand a chance.
