Could we see the Titans in all light blue this week?

They should break out the light blue and WHITE pants combo. I think they've worn navy pants every time with the alt. Three shirts and three pants leave for many combos and some have never been worn yet (Navy blue over light blue pants and the above I mentioned). I'm pretty sure we've seen Blue/Blue, White/White, Light blue/Navy, White/Navy, White/Light Blue, and Blue/White.

Please, no more light blue for any team! That includes the the alternate unis of another NFL team which shall go nameless because I must protect myself from any type of retribution for criticizing them! :wink2:

light/powder/columbia/whateverthe :censored:youwannacallit blue is a very overrated color for any sports team. why so many of you fanboys sprout hard ons over anything in that color is the real issue that needs to be addressed.

and your point exactly?

light blue/white pants,

something tells me that with all the crazy combos in Titanland, somebody has to be making suggestions?

You guys think Young is pulling a Portis? I mean didn't Young want black unis in Texas?

dont pick fights you can't and won't win.

the titans should only stick with the navy and white jerseys and pants. thats my point.

The Titans' columbia blue jerseys are the bomb, and look especially great with the navy pants.

The Chargers' old powder blues suck ass, especially the numbers on the helmet and the lame corresponding logos.

Are you for real? Your opinion is be all and end all?

Why?

Because pacific teal is objectively cooler than powder blue. Isn't it obvious?

dude, 2 things:

1) CALM DOWN! I apologize if the blue jerseys are not up to your prestigious standards.

2) I hope that u realize that your San Jose Sharks have light blue accents on their jerseys, which btw look like absolute crap!

-veers it back on topic-

I think that white helmet-light blue jersey-white pants would look nice, because it adheres with a rule that I'm in favor of: The helmet color matches the pants color. I always like combos where the helmet matches the pants, not in cases that it resutlts in monochrome, but in cases where it's either a light colored home uni, or an away uni.

With that being said, light blue is being overdone. Is it bad? Not if you're a fan of it (like me). But is it getting mundane? Yes. Normally I'd go crazy for the lastest light blue things, but the Titans light blue pants and new Jazz alts were like "meh" to me. So yeah.

Here we ago again...

Anyways, do I agree with ICS in that light blue is overrated. It's being used way too much by teams who are just jumping the bandwagon, teams like the Utah Jazz. Eventually, just like purple and teal in the 90's, they'll become stale and lame.

BUT, there are teams that can pull it off really well and can stick with it. The San Jose Sharks are a good example. Because the white jersey & light blue pants combo worked, I think the Titans could pull it off too. They have their franchise history on their side.
