spyboy1
What is that logo on the front there supposed to be? no offense alphabet man, but that yellow is impossible to read, and the alternating colors is very distracting. He knows that. He's been told before, he just chooses not to listen. dumbass Click here to read Third String Goalie - The Hockey Jersey of the Day Blog Click here to see my hockey and baseball jersey collection online ?You don?t like to see 20 kids punching 20 other kids. ColeJ
i thought you were making it green and gold for the stars anyway, that mockup of the black sweater is AWESOME. i'd buy 2 or 3 of those thing.
TBGKon
To all who like what the Stars have currently-The star-template jersey does not transfer to the new Edge jerseys. As for those mockups, if Dallas (and maybe some other teams) do something like that, I'd be pleased.
Draft Dodger
Is this a sign that there might be more to the whites at home rumor? It seems really odd to put the city name on a home jersey.excellent point.fwiw, I really like the number on the front of the black jersey...as long as every team doesn't start doing it. Coast2CoastAM2006
Dallas doesn't exactly have a history of tradition. i could see the leafs doing something like this more than the stars. the stars is a team that can be a bit liberal with there uniforms with out going in to the frankenstein level like the slug. Spoilers!
powersurge
Is this a sign that there might be more to the whites at home rumor? It seems really odd to put the city name on a home jersey.excellent point.fwiw, I really like the number on the front of the black jersey...as long as every team doesn't start doing it.I agreeIt has more of a classic hockey feeling then most classic jerseys in the NHL right now. Outside of the colors it does indeed remind me of Boston U's jerseys as someone mentioned earlier. I like the proposed look and hope it does make it into an actual game.BTW, I love the Moot jersey too...wish they'd use those again.
mydogisgomez
I think the black sweater with Dallas across the front might look cool if it had the gold stylized stars with green piping going down the sides like the conference sweaters in the all star game, instead of the horizontal stripes. Audiodrama
I wouldn't mind the black one as a third jersey...but as their primary away? I don't think so...they need a green jersey with a similar style to those home whites to make it complete.
Captain Canada
I think the "star outline" jerseys are better than these.
rvrdgsfn
IMHO I think they actually look pretty good. But this is just one team, I'll wait til I see some others
Reaper
The jerseys in the graphic need some more gold on them than just the crest/name/numbers.The white jersey needs gold in between the green and the black. The black jersey needs the white stripe to be green, outlined in white with the outer band being gold.
ColeJ
the old original dallas jerseys had no gold anywhere but the logos. not even in the numbers.so maybe that's why it doesn't bother me as much as it it some of you guys. looks normal to me. Snap, I forgot about that. Happy Australia Day, mate! [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness. letterform
It's way too busy with numbers on the front and NHL logos on the collar. They can do that in the NFL, but it doesnt work with the NHL because of the big crests and captains patch. With all the front numbers and other NFL clues I wonder if we'll see any teams with big front numbers no chest logos on the front and smaller logos on the arms. The league hasn't done that since the fifties with Chicago. DEATH TO REEBOK

Guest
I hate the template and the Dallas script, but that was clever of you to use the tip of the star as an A, just like the old crest.
Chazberg
I actually wouldn't mind stars down the side like that, and if they brought back the old Minnesota pants to match that'd be even sweeter. charles-noerenberg.com
