The blue seems unnecessary in this concept, although I get what you're going for with their black, red, gold and blue label brands (you forgot green label btw). I think you should split them up and do a different color for each jersey. Have the black label be home, red label road, and a blue alt. or something like that. Have 3 alternates, it's your league! I'm not familiar with Yuengling, but judging by the keystone, it's a PA thing. I love the bottle cap logo, and the colors work great. The classic striping pattern works well. The only thing that bugs me is the rest stripe near the collar. I think a Boston Bruins style stripe might work better, or just eliminate the gap between the black and the red.
