I will never give Seahawks fans any grief for being bitter about XV again.

Or XL ^_^

The ball started to come loose before Warner's arm went forward. That's what I saw on the replay and I'm guessing upstairs saw that and thus didn't call down.

I bet it's still ruled an incomplete pass 99% of the time. <_<

Oh, and Will, I win the bet.

Still quite pissed that there was no review. At least give a benefit of a doubt

Nice try Cardinals. The play of the game was Harrisson's touchdown to end the first half, that changed everything.

I can't believe this nightmare is happening again. At about 2:00 I thought that everything was good and right in this world and that a loving and just god would not allow a team like the Steelers to win again. I was wrong and things are just as bleak and gray as they ever were.

I hope when the Rooneys sell this team they sell it to a Daniel Snyder type and I don't have to worry about them or their annoying fans ever again.

The decision not to review the final play was absolute f***ing horses***. The biggest play of the entire season and they can't take a second look.

Warner sucks, but that's un-f***ing-believable.

And how does he suck? 300+ yds, 3 TD, INT, yeah he sucks

Just because they didn't call down doesn't mean they didn't review. They could have quickly looked t it and detirmined the ref got the call right. Thus no need to call down and stop play.

Yes, there absolutely was.

..."Stop play?" It was the LAST FREAKING PLAY. If they called it incomplete there's another 15 yards added on and a legit shot at a TD. And there's NO WAY that wasn't close enough for a review.

In that short amount of time? I think not.

NBC had time to show a replay so there was some time. Should they have called down? Probably. That said from the replay's I saw the officials on the field got the call right.

Not too long along, there were discussions about having the Super Bowl in another country. What a horrid idea. This was one on the better ones, even considering the officiating.

Typical NFL officiating. They took control of the game, just like they always do. I don't know if they really favored either team but they made sure they got plenty of face time on TV.

I hate the Stealers too, but I wouldn't wish Snyder on my worst enemy.

That was not a fumble. Un-effing-believable way to end the SUPER BOWL.

His arm was stuffed but the ball was absolutely not out until he managed to bring it forward.

THE SUPER BOWL.

And that's how they let it end.

Bulls***.

His arm was in throwing motion, i cant believe they did not review that.

It may not made a difference , but thats unfair by the refs.

Anyways great game, i hope to see the Cardinals back there again, cus they had a great season.

Congrats to the Steelers.

The referees don't choose to replay. It comes from upstairs in the video replay booth. If they felt the appropriate in the eyes of Goodell right call was made, then it's done.

Fixed your post.

If they reviewed the Holmes TD, they should have reviewed this as well.

First off, that was a pass. That one missed call blew what was one of the best games I've ever seen. Just a terrible cap to a terribly officiated season. BUT, Arizona shouldn't have shot themselves in the foot so much, or this wouldn't even be an issue.

And THANK GOD Ben Rothlesberger didn't win MVP. That wouldv'e been such bulls**t.

Yeah, it wasn't Warner's fault the Cards lost. They had too many penalties. So... the Steelers should have to beat the 49ers whenever their next Super Bowl appearance is to complete the NFC West.

I saw, I came, I left.

What did you see?

Warners arm was hit before the ball came forward. He maintained possession. He then pushed his arm forward, and at that point the ball came loose.

That's an incomplete pass.

And I thought it was pretty clear.

Absolutely no excuse for not reviewing. And really no excuse for not getting it right.
