According to Ric Bucher Amare is off to G-State for Belinelli, Biedrins, and Brandon Wright.

This makes for a very very exciting series of Nelly-Ball

C - Amare Stoudamire/ Ronny Turiaf

PF- Anthony Randolph

SF - Stephen Jackson/ Corey Magette.

SG - Monta Ellis/Stephen Curry

PG - Speedy Claxton/Acie Law/

I'm liking what Minnesota is doing with the Washington trade, I think they can get some productive picks from this draft. One thing I don't understand (and I know it is just a mock draft) but why in the world does Ian Thomsen have his latest mock draft with the T-Wolves picking 3 point guards?? It makes no sense, even if Calathes stays in Europe for 2-4 years.

SI Ian Thomsen Mock Draft

Guess he wasn't on drugs about the T-Wolves after all...

Why the hell did Minnesota draft another point guard? Is Matt Millen in the war room or something?

Rubio's probably gone. No way they're keeping more than 2 PGs from this draft. No way.

So who the hell is this guy the Hawks took in the second round?

Nothing against these Euro guys, but it seems like very few of them even play meaningful minutes in the NBA, much less becoming good players. Seems like a relative waste of a pick. If you're gonna waste a pick, at least draft a guy that has somewhat of a local tie to the city or has some name value.

One year, the Hawks drafted Hanno Mottala. That worked out well.
