KJTALBOT
Perfection. Really. The most elegant, balanced and simple event logo ever. Everyone loves a roundel.

alwaysr92
Honestly, as an Angels fan...I absolutely LOVE it, i was worried they were going to overdo it. I think they encompassed the Angels logo perfectly. This makes me even more excited for the event next year, which i fully intend on attending , does anybody know when the jerseys are going to be unvealed? No overplayed Disney/LA elements, and the halo is just subtle enough.

I imagine just a few weeks prior is all we are gonna get. But I plan on being there too. It's a year away and I'm already excited about it. BBTV
If the MLB logo wasn't red on the left side, and if the version with the Angels cap logo isn't used, then I like it a lot. There's no reason for the host-team's logo to be on the logo. The_Admiral
That they're the host team is a reason. Not a great reason, but a reason.I think it's a good logo. Star with a halo = Angels hosting the All-Star Game. Simple and effective. No, they weren't going to make a logo with the goddamned rock pile in it, wusswrongwitchu ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
SilverNRed
Spectacular.I was really worried they'd do something over the top or silly, but this is better than anything I would have hoped for. The two-tone red star with the halo at the top is amazing. Here's hoping the BP jerseys are equally great.
deliver2david
It's a decent logo, but that beveled star is so engrained with Texas to me that it doesn't really work for Anaheim/L.A.

If anything, Texas should be ashamed of using a "logo" that's main element is essentially untrademarkable due to it's ubiquitous usage. -kj
I didn't notice the beveling in the star at first. I can't say I care for it; it looks unbalanced. It's not quite the "Texas star"; note the lack of the lighter shade in the lower left, for example.I actually like it better with the A logo in it, personally. Looks a little more finished. And I don't mind at all the host team having its logo as part of it. Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop! BallWonk
Fail. Not really, but the fact that the "A"s in the lettering, particularly the very first "A" in "ALL", are flat on top and do not come to a point, nearly ruins this logo for me. The pointy-top "A" is such a core element of the Angels visual identity -- and even more, the pointy-top "A" would match the angular points of the star. I either love (halo on the star) or can live with (reverse-color MLB logo) everything else about this logo. But when you take the distinctive point off the top of the "A" in the lettering, you turn a perfectly good Angels logo into a half-baked Rangers castoff. If the logo used actual Angels lettering, I'd give this possibly an A-minus. But with the de-Angel-ized generic western lettering, I can't go higher than a D. It's one of those tiny, simply fixed things that would have been much easier not to screw up in the first place -- in other words, the flat-top "A" in this logo is the Jar-Jar Binks of ASG logos. FiddySicks
I'm disappointed in it. It's very generic and average. There's nothing spectacular or even classy about it. What it looks like to me is something you'd see out of EA Sports for an All Star Game that was in the future. It has that generic blah feel to it. There has to be something cool and unique that they could've done, this is lazy and predictable. Heck, I'm pretty sure that PatSox or Spammy could do something better than this.Well, I was gonna say basically that, but in fewer words. It's got such a strong clip art feel to it IMO.It seems to me that the only ones who really like this thing are Angels fans, what a shock On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) Arts11
yea, take out the Angels "A" in the ASG logo, and thats the true logoFor some reason that instantly reminded me of the NBA All-Star Game logo for Houston. Other than them sharing a red star, they don't look anything alike really. Yet, I feel a strange sense of deja vu when I see that Angels All-Star logo. RETROJR79
Of all of the LA ASG logos I have to say that this is my favorite. Its blend in with the uniforms and the Angels didn't have to put thier logo just the Halo on top of the star is perfect.BTW... Can you imagine the logo if Disney still owned the Angels. YIKES!
