I would have thought all the scarlet would be pink based on the topic title and comments, but it looks like there is going to be pink on the jersey numerals and sleeve stripes only, from what I've gathered. They have the perfect color scheme for it and the perfect reason to do it. There are plenty of other ways to promote a charity then to mess with a teams uniforms. They need to get more creative because this seems too lazy to me. Have the announcers promote the event throughout the game, have the endzones painted pink, or maybe even pink accents on the field, just leave the uniforms alone. There's no need to mess with the uniforms. It creates a slippery slope of changes in the future. Are they going to put yellow accents on the uniforms for Live Strong foundation? They're doing it because of Stephanie Speilman's death. Her battle with cancer was heavily publicized in Columbus.
