The stripes on the helmet were white-yellow-white, without the burgundy stripes in between the white and yellow. For those who used to have them from long ago, it looked like how their gumball helmet used to be made.Has anyone heard anything about this, or is it just a mistake? It's where I sit. Because Bruce Allen (GM) is pretty much in charge of uniforms (he brought back the gold) and he is a traditionalist. His dad was coach back in the day. He would never bring in black. It shouldn't be the least bit surprising to anyone that they may be planning on busting one out either this season or next (with Nike.)
