Why ya gotta hate, Saints? :P

Sorry Mockba, just feel the Canaries haven't added enough strength in depth to maintain a season long run of the required form. That being said, Paul Lambert is an excellent manager, and the quality in the bottom half of the EPL this year isn't that great. Enjoy the ride at least!!

What a Community Shield match. City completely lost their :censored: in the 2nd half and Nani sealed the victory in stoppage time.

Borussia Mönchengladbach were brilliant today against Bayern Munich. They had an incredible defensive effort, and created more chances on offense in the second half, after the attack came out more or less flat in the opening 45'. Marc-Andre ter Stegen was brilliant in goal for Borussia, and not even a combination of Mario Gomez, Robben, and eventually Franck Ribery could crack him (as you can see by the scoreline).

I'm quite pleased with this result.

Saturday morning's Tottenham-Everton match at White Hart Lane's been postponed because of the riots. Can't say I'm too surprised, but I'm not happy. :censored: !

Oh boy... ESPN got hosed since the Tottenham-Everton match was going to be the game they were going to broadcast on Saturday.

As for me, I don't really care much about the Premier League, but I am very interested in how Swansea City, the Premier League's first ever Walsh side, performs.

Too bad the match wasn't Tottenham vs Arsenal, it would have been more appropriate....

I saw, I came, I left.

There is some talk of the rest of the fixture list kicking off early. From what I am hearing, the plan is for the rest of the fixtures to go ahead, and that the Spurs game was postponed more due to the condition of the surrounding area, rather than any concerns about policing.

Wow, Cesc is actually really truly coming back to Barca. I dont know how to react because ive grown so sick of hearing about it. I'd rather have more defensive depth and we lost that when Milito left, Puyols old man, and he aint getting any better. I guess Keita at D-Mid and Busquets as centerback will have to do when the Captain gets hurt.
