Think of how many Illinois players recruited by Ron Zook are in the NFL. Two of 32 starting NFL running backs were U of I players (Mendenhall and LeShoure) and yet U of I stunk because Zook is a terrible coach. Yet he still managed to recruit, even while sucking at coaching.

Why was Arizona's helmet A decal and Pac 12 chest badge so small? They kind of bugged me. But Nevada's helmet stripe bugged me more.

That Western Kentucky has gone 16-32 in FBS, but has improved since their first two years, has gone 14-10 the last two seasons, and made it to their first bowl game since 1963 this year. They surely have a promising future. Let's save for the NCAA football thread though.
