I thought Kenny Easley died like eight years ago due to taking 20+ Acetaminophen (aka Advil) daily while playing.

I thought that was Tylenol - isn't Advil ibuprofen? IMO, neither is as good as naproxen sodium (Aleve). If I was going to OD on any OTC NSAID, it'd be aleve.

Oh hell, Advil IS acetaminophen.

Seems like the former Parcells DC is gonna get beat 24 years later by this generation's OJ Anderson.

now can we say this was the worst halftime show ever.

Black Eyed Peas. This was not worse than that. In fact, I enjoyed it.

Worst SB halftimes ever were easily Rolling Stones, maybe you could include Madonna's performance in there.

In the post-Nipplegate era, it's still The Who in 2010. Those men looked like they were ready to pass out on-stage.

The Who. That was so sad. From the CSI Theme Song Medley to having to take numerous songs down numerous keys for Roger to sing them to the fact that half the band was dead. Never speak of the Who playing halftime again :(

EDIT: I should clarify by saying that the fact that Keith Moon and John Entwistle had been dead for years merely devalued the continued existence of the Who; I don't think a four-man band that's defined by all four members can continue to be itself without 50% of its personnel (see also: Page and Plant not playing under the Led Zeppelin name). I didn't mean that there were two rotting corpses on stage. That I knew of.

♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

Spinning the football is unsportsmanlike conduct? Ugh.

Get Ur Freak On starting was the best part of the halftime show.

Is that all he did? Looked like he was starting something else before camera cut away

I think he did a little mooning thing there.

That's what I thought I saw. Idiot.

I understand why people hate New England so much. But damn is the Legion of Boom getting annoying.

I thought the flag came out after the spin; didn't see the moon come out. Gotta keep it in your pants for the Super Bowl!

You can slowly feel the morale of every New Englander fading away with every passing minute.

I'd love to see the Pats drop another Super Bowl, but it's only a ten point cushion with a dozen minutes left. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves here yet.
