I have a question, why the heck can I reply to threads but not start my own? I can't even look at my own profile because I get some kind of error message. I don't care if I look like an idiot noob for asking this question but it is really ticking me off.

Users cannot start their own threads until they have made several posts in alreayd started topics. It prevents spam programs from registering and flooding us with worthless spam messages

Gotcha, that was a little confusing since it wasn't mentioned anywhere and I'm guessing there have been other people who have gone through this and have just given up though if they were smart they would have just done what I did.

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but is there an FAQ regarding the website itself?

-- Why is anything older than 1990 pretty much ignored?

-- Can visitors submit scripts/logos/uniforms that are missing?

-- Can visitors dispute something on the site that might be incorrect?

Just a quick question, I've got a friend who really wants to join, but he cant make any posts or edit his profile because it says validating. Anyone know about this? Thanks for any help.

People who have registered an account but not confirmed it through the email they receive are listed as "validating". So he probably hasn't validated his account by responding to the regular "click to confirm" email that is sent to a new users' email address.

How do I edit the title and description of one of my topics?

Go to the original post you made on page one, click *edit*, got to the bottom where it says "use full editor." Click that, and it should give you that option.

How do you get text under your avatar other than member or moderator?

When you hit enough posts without getting banned, such privileges will come. I won't give you a number, lest you spam your way to it in under a month.

I'm not a spammer. More that 3 quarters of my posts are helping people with concepts and giving constructive criticism.

I'm also not going to get banned. You can PM me the number if you don't want anyone else to know, so they can spam their way to the top. Also, with 50 posts, I doubt anyone could spam their way to it in under a month.

I think it's either 100 or 500 posts that are required to be able to change that text.

I have a question. Why do people constantly ask why they cannot start their own topic when it has been answered at least 20 times in this FAQ? People, please read. lol
