I don't recall anymore to be honest, I don't believe it was anything big or any drama, I think they just stopped doing it.

Pretty much. I've kicked around the idea of bringing it back, but we cover most of the big uniform news on BASS. If I had the time, I'd love to bring the Logocast back as an interview show. Talk to designers, etc. Who knows? Maybe it will return someday, but as of right now, it's on a really extended hiatus.

Today the CCSLC is Team Justice.  Also we are all Cardinals.

99/100 of these are people who I either expect to see here or haven't heard of.

The Admiral is 1 out of the 100 that surprised me.

Its a bit of a transgression but if there's any advice I can offer up to the mods, if you have a problem with someone, TALK TO THEM.

Speaking for myself with having experience with dealing with overreaching mods, the main reason I don't post in the MLB topic anymore is because one mod (I won't mention him by name, but you know who you are) took issue with me posting my Hardball Times articles. I would have gladly taken them down, but nobody even talked to me about it. It was labeled as spam, and I was told if I continued to post links to my "blog" I would be banned.

The fact that the person called it a blog told me they had no clue what the Hardball Times is, but that person couldn't be bothered to even talk to me first, so I couldn't be bothered to explain the difference. Otherwise, I would have told him that site gets ten times the web traffic this site does, so the idea I would be using this site to promote traffic over there doesn't make any sense, but again if it was really that much of an issue, I'll reframe.

A five-minute conversation can go a long way towards making someone feel like they are being respected. It would have gone a long way with me at least.

But yeah, keep The Admiral around.

Can we re-re-ban the Admiral, but reinstate TCR? That seems to be the fairest thing.

Then he'd put in for a name change to "the Admiral," which is taken by his banned account.  So he'd put in for "Admiral."  And Arman Tamzarian would cease to exist.

Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse."

I just hope the mods know that this, collectively, is the dumbest you’ve ever looked. And considering some of the weird, stupid hills y'all have chosen to die on over the years, that’s really saying something.

Beyond that... Whatever.

Can you imagine if this had happened when some of the previously banned members of this board were around? Like Tank or Headley? Yeesh.

Wow - I just logged on and saw this thread.  I started off furious, then more furious, then less furious, and now calm and about to drink some tea.

Kudos to the mods for admitting a mistake and taking action to correct it.  That certainly always has not been the case, so it's nice to see some humility.

I disagree 1,000,000% with "our hands were tied", and "we had no choice".  Jesus - it's a sports-logos message board, not a government or law enforcement agency.  I'm really glad that common sense prevailed and that people were brave enough to admit the mistake rather than doubling down on it in an attempt to make some statement.
