Baby Lakers are looking good tonight! Luke is trusting the young guys, giving Ingram valuable end-of-game minutes, and making smart substitutions to keep his guys fresh. Basically, the exact opposite of Byron Scott.

One bad thing about the rise of the Warriors and guys like Draymond Green's range is that everyone thinks they can shoot threes. They can't; nor should they always try.

Piston's are most likely going to play in the new arena downtown starting next season. http://www.freep.com/story/sports/nba/pistons/2016/10/26/detroit-pistons-move-downtown/92770520/

If they can pull this off, good for the Pistons and the city of Detroit; if everything goes to plan, it'll be the first time since 1974 that all four major sports teams there will play within the city limits, and the first time since 1978 the Pistons are playing within the city limits on a permanent basis.

When was the last time an NBA team piggybacked into an NHL arena?  Probably recently enough though none come to mind.

I remember the clippers played some games in the ducks arena

I'll post it here since it isn't an "NBA change", but the Sixers announced their red alt schedule, and except for 12/16, all the other dates will honor anniversaries of special franchise moments:

11/1 vs ORL = Iverson's NBA debut, 1996

12/5 vs DEN = Darryl Dawkins shattered the Spectrum backboard, 1979

12/11 at DET = Moses Malone becomes 5th NBA player to reach 16,000 rebounds, 1993

12/16 vs LAL = Iverson's HOF induction, 2016

2/2 at SA = Wilt Chamberlain records first double triple-double in NBA history, 1968
3/1 at MIA = Iverson's #3 retired by team, 2014

3/12 at LAL = Iverson does a crossover on Jordan, 1997

3/24 at CHI = First playoff win in franchise history, 1968

4/10 vs IND = Syracuse Nationals win NBA championship, 1955

That's pretty cool that they are wearing the red alts on important dates (or at least cool moments like a shattered backboard or the crossover) in franchise history.
