I don't imagine there's a whole lot of free real estate downtown or really anywhere along the oceanfront, but a stadium along the ocean in Miami would be awesome. I know that long before the current Marlins ballpark was built, there were considerations to build at the city park just north of the Heat arena on the harbor. It's constantly there in the background. Especially since they've already given them so much to get them to move their entire non-game day operation there.
