This is incredible. Josh Cohen is one of the hardest working dudes I’ve ever met, and it was a privilege to get to work with him back when he was with Sac Republic. He deserves every ounce of the praise he’s getting.

My favorite European club Newcastle moved up into 4th in the EPL with their win over Tottenham today AND they're going to offer 45 million pounds to Chelsea for Pulisic (who's my favorite player) in the January window? Yes please.

It's amazing what a few oily dollars can do for a club who almost fell last season.

I thought the club-to-media dynamic in England was bizarre and unethical, and that was BEFORE the threat of “the full Khashoggi” made its way into the sports pages.

I'd be happy for Pulisic to leave Chelsea. That team has never been a good fit for him and going to a mid-level team or a place like Newcastle United may be best for him. It's strange that Tuchel didn't try using him in ways that worked at Dortmund.

They haven't even truly started dropping in money yet. Getting rid of the previous owner seemed to help as much as any new players coming in.

that and upgrading the manager from Steve Bruce to Eddie Howe. Word is they've spent a lot on technical upgrades already though, which I'm sure helps.

So just over 2 million euros out with over 130 million euros in of transfers thus far isn't much?

And they join Barcelona who dropped down after Inter won the early match today.

They do not call Atleti "El Pupas" (the jinxed ones) for nothing..

I like how the graphics for the two higher profile tournaments trust the viewer to recognize the clubs from their crests, but with  (mostly) smaller teams populating the Conference League they just straight up write the names underneath
