2022 NFL regular season through Super Bowl LVII

I have no idea what they're talking about, but I find it funny that this is the kind of conversations happening on the sidelines.  Probably explains why they gave up 35 points to the Lions since they're more focused on their shoes and BG finding his Fire Stick so he can watch Dragon Ball (no idea what that is).

It’s about a bunch of constipated roided out aliens who fight to be the strongest. Repeat for 35 years.

Vikings only defense so far tonight is the referees.  I'm fairly certain at least two of the penalties they just called to stop the Eagles were radioed down to them, because they certainly didn't happen on the field.  If you're a referee, shouldn't you be pretty GD sure that something happened before you reach for your flag?  Or do they just itch for the opportunity to delay the game?  They also almost cost the Eagles an extra point with a penalty that they at least recognized wasn't a real penalty, but made them kick again anyway.  Loser-ass losers.

EDIT:

Again they call a penalty that negates a punt, then announce that it wasn't a penalty.  Is this the backup referees?  I know this deal with two Monday night games is rare, so do they use random jabronis to ref the later of the games?  The look on their faces is horrifying - they look like that coach from Denver - in over their heads.

Bills suffer the absolute indignity of being forced to punt, but they immediately get the ball back when the fair catch is dropped. And that is how I know Buffalo is about to be swallowed up by the Earth, Atlantis-style.

I don't know if he's ever going to be a true "franchise" QB, but Jalen Hurts sure looks the part tonight.  This is a huge season for him, as he's either going to get PAID after this year, or have to tutor his replacement (or be traded.)  Though I'm not yet sold on him as "the guy", I really like him as a dude, and I hope he proves that he's worth that money, but it's basically all or nothing - if he's anything but a true $30M/yr guy, they're going to move on.

All that offensive good luck is coming at a huge cost on the defense. I hate the sound of a crowd that is completely quiet -- twice! -- with an injury on the field.

Yeah... when the good news is that the player can still move all their extremities... 😬

The Bills look scary as hell. Titans look like their window has completely slammed shut.

This is the perpetual state of the Titans. Can you believe that there are people that thought that Tannehill was the guy? Tennessee is the least interesting team in professional football and they share a league with the Falcons. It's impossible to properly convey how impressive that is.

They were talking about next week's game in Miami "going to be a good one" and I'm just like, STFU Adam Schefter, just STFU.

Tannehill was never a good QB. He was largely poor in Miami because they couldn't build around him. He was less largely poor in Tennessee because they had a better team around him, but he's still largely poor. Getting rid of AJ Brown was probably not the best decision either.

Yep, the Snatit getting smacked just like I (and every Martian with half a brain) knew they would...no wonder they dressed up in icy surrender whites tonight.

Does Vrabel end up in the hot seat after this? Kinda feels like it may be just about that time. They’ve steadily declined every year since that fluke run to the AFC title game

Gonna steal this. Don't get too litigious about it, please.

His seat should be magma hot, but unlike the Titans I care about winning games.

Both Super Bowl teams are playing on the same Monday Night, and not against each other.  That's probably never happened before.

This AJ Brown fella is pretty good.

Josh Allen is really making it look easy. He and Mahomes are 1A and 1B (pick an order) and it feels like there's a gulf between them and everyone else.

That playoff game last year was one of the best I've ever watched. I hate KC but I want to see that battle with those stakes a few more times.
