Packers one would have to be "White Cheddar".

It's not coming off the helmet. It's been there all through camp.

Right. I’m just saying, making the bear the primary print logo while keeping the wishbone C on the helmet strikes me as a good balance.

I must say this is a head scratcher from the Bears. The Wishbone "C" is legendary and historic. Why demote it?

Because the Bears are trying to move out of Chicago and their fans hate Chicago.

Those suburban season ticket holders might wind up awful disappointed if the Mayoral candidate they wouldn't shut up about but couldn't vote against has actually convinced the new Bears leadership to stay...

Patriots vs Texans tonight looked awful.

Patriots need Grey pants to wear with Navy jerseys in the worst way.  Did I see somewhere they were coming this year?

Texans makeover can’t come soon enough.

They already have them. They wore them once last year.  Only once.  Because they’re morons.

I don't necessarily think that the Bears should completely phase out the wishbone C, but I do think this looks pretty awesome in a vacuum. At the very least, it could work pretty well on a new alternate helmet.

Nice mock-up. I think it’d look better on a white helmet. That said, I’m not sure it works for me considering how well the C fits on the helmet. Gotta think the bear looks blobby from any sort of distance.

One thing that's nice is how the bear emblem has the white outline which echoes the white outline on the current "C."

I wouldn't want the change because I happen to think the "C" has a false-eye effect because of the specific elongated wishbone shape and the way the hollow center of the "C" acts like pupil.

Seeing the Bears logo on a helmet makes me wonder if the Ravens are also considering a change to the front facing mascot.   I've seen it used on their sideline gear for this season.   Yes, I know they won two Super Bowls with the current look, but I would prefer this.

The Bear head looks like an ineligible blob of mesh and should stay as a secondary. Chicago has used the wishbone C for such a significant period of time where it should be untouchable at this point. Dumb, dumb.

The process has already started, and based off what they have, we won't need to worry about them looking the Patriots any longer.

The logo looks nice at a glance, but the longer you look at it, the more apparent the many mistakes are. The strange amount of detail, random spots of orange + white contact, and the hand-drawn nature of the logo makes me think that the Bears should modernize the logo before they promote it in any way. The idea behind the logo is really good and fits the Bears, but it could be improved immensely with tweaks that clean up those issues mentioned above. It also gives them the prefect opportunity to fix the wishbone C logo. Sometimes I give teams a pass on sub-par logos due to historical precedence, but I don't really see why the Bears don't clean up the rough edges within their branding. Fixing both logos would elevate the overall branding.

Cardinals are a lot easier on the eyes than they used to be, but still, white pants with this jersey would look great. The big wordmark is not bothersome (again, I think my brain is just fine with that style b/c we see it with plenty of colleges). The new helmet is really nice, I LOVE the finish of the logo.

I am going to laugh so hard if they "relent" and wear white pants with the red jersey, but screw it up by going with white socks too. That'll happen at least once this season, I guarantee it.

Oh, if they wear red jerseys and white pants, they’ll definitely wear it with white socks.  There’s no chance of anything else.
