boardname
Somehow, I doubt any team would break out holiday uniforms in the 7th game of the World Series! (which I imagine it would have to be to be playing on Halloween).Seriously though, the Cards aren't the only team to do this. Just off the top of my head, the Mets, Reds, and Red Sox do this too. It's only spring training, so who cares, in my opinion. If it was during the season I'd probably be against it.

Pleast tell me that was only him...mine's fitted with a clover leaf on the back. Can't theirs be like that? If I can afford it, surely they can! boardname
Perhaps they just gave them the snapfit ones because since it was for only one day, it wasn't worth the effort to get them all sized right for each player.

Stampman
Those aren't bad as a one off--although a green cardinals jersey seems wrong as cardinal is a shade of red...But the Phillies one looks the best--hey--it's one game in the pre season--have fun... Bernd
Unfair to single out one culture for support. Why don't teams wear sombreros for Cinco de Mayo or lederhosen for Oktoberfest??

DEAD!
Unfair to single out one culture for support. Why don't teams wear sombreros for Cinco de Mayo or lederhosen for Oktoberfest?? It's all about aerodynamics. Both the sombrero and lederhosen have higher drag coefficients than regular baseball attire. THerefore, more energy is consumed when you try to run
