SteveR
Getting my first live look at the Kings' new gold-ish alt uniforms, with the front numbers up on the left breast, and I gotta say I don't have that positive of a first impression.Maybe they'll become tolerable, we'll just have to wait and see.And can we say this is a "just because" wearing of the Lakers' whites -- ones that are usually reserved for Sundays and Christmas? SteveR
For me, I LIKE the Lakers' whites. No way they should switch out of the golds for most home games and lose the uniqueness of being the only primary non-white home jersey. But you gotta figure these teams are gonna want thirds, retros, vintage -- whatever you want to call them -- and the whites are about as good an option as any team has. ShaftDu
so makes me wonder why can't teams like the Kings, Hawks, and the Hornets use the yellows at home.

Matt 2 tha Core
Man, those white Laker jerseys are pointless AND stupid. um no because wen a team decides 2 wear an away jersey at home, the lakers are gone look dumb if the jersey looks like theyr whites. for instance. if u wore yellow home vs. gold, its kind of the same. and if u wear purple u blend in with the kings colors. and they sell well. theres sum points for u

pointguard4519
Personally..I think the Kings alts. look like they tried to take bits and pieces of other uniforms and put them together. The arm with the stripes looks a bit like the Rockets jerseys, only with two colors that aren't he primary uniform color. The gold to me looks just as bad as the Mav's trashbags. And I realize gold is a royal color, but still, why add a jersey in a color that is not in your logos nor has been priviously established as a team color. I would have went with a silver or black alt. personally. We are one!
Cujo
The Lakers should ditch the home yellow full-time for their whites. Those look nice.As for the Kings, go to the WNBA.

KennyRock
so makes me wonder why can't teams like the Kings, Hawks, and the Hornets use the yellows at home. Because in the Hornets' cause, they want to limit the number of colors they lose in.And yes, I'm a Hornets fan. LMU
The Lakers should ditch the home yellow full-time for their whites. Those look nice. They look nice, but the impact would be lost if used full time. The golds are pretty damn nice in their own right, plus they have decades of tradition behind them.
