I agree that Jets fans are crazy as hell. If you're a fan of the away team and you're at a Jets home game, you can't feel comfortable. Yankees fans are also sooooooo goddamn annoying too. We have so many of them at my school and I can't stand any of them. As for the teams I like around here. Just Devils and Nets and the fans for those teams are good. And, as you can imagine, alot of them come here to Pittsburgh.Ive been to a penguins and pirates game this season that we played Philly.At the pens game they were right behind us saying stuff like..."i want to go back to Philly, its cleaner."Philly girl: Is that the "kiss cam" theyre doing?Philly guy: No, if it was they would show Crosby and Lemieux."Look at Lemieux, you can tell he's thinking 'after this season im selling these guys and going home.'"They were annoying in a bad way.Then at a bucs game last week they were annoying in a good, funny, way.A row of Pittsburgh fans started the "here we go Steelers" chant because it was draft day and we all know how Pittsburghers are about their football.There are some guys were walking up the steps when a Phillies fan amongst them throws up his hands and yells "GO PHILLIES!" at the top of his lungs. The guy in front of him turns around and flicks him off. In the snack line a man was standing in front of me in normal clothing. Then, a man in a Phillies jersey walks by. The man in regular clothing casually says as he walks by "Hey, go Phillies, eh?" The man in the Phillies jersey goes to give him a high five when half way through the man in regular clothing pulls his hand away.Goes to show... Philadelphia fans will let you know theyre there. redsfan39 Posted May 8, 2006 Share Posted May 8, 2006 Nothing is worse than when the Red Sox come to Jacobs Field. Red Sox fans are easily the most annoying fans in all of sports. Every strike called against a Red Sox batter is the worst call they've ever seen. Every ball called on a Red Sox pitcher is "home cooking." God forbid if a batter is thrown out by less than 25 feet on their way to first. If a Red Sox batter strikes out swinging it's because he had no choice with the HUGE strike zone the ump is giving Indians pitchers. Win or lose they are positively insufferable. When they aren't bitching about the game they're bitching about how bad the food is, how Cleveland can't compare to Boston, how slow the vendors are etc. Needless to say I no longer go to Red Sox games at the Jake. I used to think it would be great to go to Fenway for a game but if their fans are that bad on the road then I can't even imagine how miserable a park filled with those idiots would be. My pet peeve are Red Sox bandwagoners. I'm talking about the guy in the brand new David Ortiz jersey saying things like I've always been with them, I'm so happy they finally won! Every single one of 'em. They take the CFL waaaaaay the hell too seriously, being loyal fanatics to a fault.Frankly I think they're all obsessed with it because there's nothing else to do in Saskatchewan.
