Seriously why the hell does a duck need scuba gear when it is naturally amphibious?It looks like they just repurposed the surfer dude duck with the long hair and gave him a mask. I actually had that guy in action figure form back in the day. He had a removable helmet...he had some piece of equipment that you could remove, which always made action figures more fun for childhood me.
