I thought Jason Garrett said the Cowboys weren't going after Nnamdi.

Also remember that Cromartie and Asomugha have the same agent, CAA's Tom Condon. All posturing by Condon.

Yesterday when asked if Newman and Jenkins were safe at corner, Steven Jones said, "yes."

Word of advice when it comes to free agency (this is any sport) don't read about who is "leading" a race and reports like that. Often times it is the agent trying to bump up price. Just wait for guys to actually sign or agree to terms and read into it that way.

Just learned about Ocho to New England.

lol.

What really gets me is the "great fan" stuff. It's sad to think of our country as a "Steeler Nation", because that would mean that we're a country of near-sighted inbreds from the mountains that can't speak competent English.

Let's go Brownies!

You mad because the Tribe is stylin' on you?

Regardless of anyone's feelings on the Cheatriots, that is going to be one cluster:censored: off the field worth watching.

Nnamdi to the Bucs? I would be absolutely STUNNED.

Not really. They have a need and are a boat load of cash under the cap. It appears they waited for the Jets and Texans to set the market and they would swoop in and beat it.

I understand that there is a need and that now would be the perfect time for the Bucs to snag him, but if they actually do pull the trigger I'll be stunned because Ol' Man Glazer has a history of doing absolutely nothing good for the Bucs since he purchased that stupid soccer team.

C'mon Packers stun everyone haha :P

Nah i'm cool with Charles Woodson still!

C Wood and N A are really good friends from back in the Oakland days. Could be what is holding things up with the Nnamdi Sweepstakes, could be conjecture too at this point. Packers have dumped considerable salary this week already. Woodson already told the Pack he would move to Safety if they were to bring him in. Before the lockout Nnamdi had said his first two teams on the list were the Jets and Packers...

Yeah Newman and Jenkins have already been told that their jobs are safe. Whatever source Dexter was using isn't too reliable.

I think Haynesworth will be a good fit in New England. For some reason the Patriots organization seems to really know how to get the most out of their veteran players. Not sure about how well Ochocinco will fit into the offensive scheme however.

Incarcerated Bob from WFAN has tweeted the same.. not sure if the sources he references is that guy or not, though.

Well, at least can that stop your non-stop Asomugha talk? :P

Ocho moves into the #2 spot behind Welker, I'd imagine. Branch drops to #3. (But knowing Belichick, assume the opposite actually happens.)

As for Haynesworth, the Patriots have a good track record with guys perceived around the league to be malcontents (Corey Dillon and Randy Moss, for example). He'll be a model citizen in NE and a beast on the D-line. That's a line that already has Vince Wilfork and Ty Warren, by the by.
