The Seahawks have a color tweak from the Fog color back to Grey.

Looks like the denim blue has been replaced with silver. Oh please, oh pretty please. *fingers crossed*

I'm with you here. Though I think royal, silver, and lime would have been a great scheme for the Hawks, I'm loving the thought of that navy with silver and lime. That all said, a silver helmet is a MUST. I certainly hope that is coming.

I don't know.....the bottom color on the logo on the gloves looks pretty much the same to me. You have to remember that the bottom color on the helmet logo now IS lighter than the helmet color or the jersey and pant color. They did this intentionally to add a slight contrast between the seahawk blue on the helmet and the seahawk blue on the helmet logo. Also looking at the logo patch on the jersey sleeve, it looks the same color to me. IF anything has been done, they have have made the shade of seahawk blue LIGHTER to add more contrast. I still say we are looking at silver helmets, silver pants, navy jerseys with stronger lime green highlights and the new ligher seahawk blue as a trim color.

Looks like a change from denim blue to silver to me.

Don't read too much into heavily Photoshopped product mockups; they are notoriously unreliable.

I'd love it to be true, and maybe it is. But this isn't reliable evidence either way.

You're exactly right and this one will be a wait-and-see type of situation, but it really does look like that horrible denim blue is all but gone. And there have been tons of rumors up here about a silver helmet being already seen. I just thought it was for their 2012 throwback, but maybe it is their new permanent helmet too. April needs to arrive sooner.

So no one noticed the Falcons logo is outlined in gold, not silver?

And the combat Nike make-over begins. Maybe I was right about the Falcons. lol

Agreed, compared to this posted logo image for print materials but it you look at an actual logo on the helmets close up and on the cloth sleeve logo patch, those logos have the same lighter shade of the seahawk blue as dipicted on these gloves....the bottom logo color they are using now is the same shade, a more pastel shade. Just sayin.....

Still looks much more silver on those new gloves than it does on this jersey.

That is a replica jersey. Unrealiable in color dipiction. Check out an authintic jersey with the cloth logo and compare and look at the helmet logo blue color against the actual helmet color....

lol, you really are fighting this, but it does look like we finally have a decent colored logo again.

EDIT: BTW, you are correct about the authentic sleeve logo patch having a silver bottom, but it is very important to note that we have never seen that silver on actual merchandise outside of their authentic jerseys. Everytime it is the denim blue on the bottom. These gloves seem to hint that they are making that silver part of permanent logo. I really hope so.

Going back to trying to please the Georgia Tech fans I see. I like it!

Yeah, if you look at the Falcons' style guide, there's two different silvers they use--one shade is slightly darker and almost looks bronze in certain lighting. My Falcons coozie has that shade of silver, and people always comment on it, thinking it's gold, due to certain lighting.

those lighting effects are playing tricks on your eyes in both cases of Falcons and Seattle

I don't know about that... the Steelers' gloves feature the correct shade of silver:

The Seahawks color is clearly not the denim blue on those gloves, it is silver. And that looks like the same gold that is on the Falcons throwback helmet on their respective gloves. No tricks at all.

Like I've said above, we all need to take a wait-and-see approach, but it looks very noticeable on the Falcons and my Seahwaks.

We still see this often with the Bucs - their helmet graphic is often represented with a coppery-colored shell instead of the proper pewter.
